Dr. Chen Peng is currently an Associate Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor at the School of Microelectronics, Southern University of Science and Technology. His research primarily focuses on high-performance two-dimensional electronic devices, such as transistors and sensors. To date, he has published 40 papers in top-tier international journals including Nature and Science. His research achievements have been recognized with several honors, including the First Prize of the Science and Technology Award from the Chinese Materials Research Society and the Horizon Prize from the Royal Society of Chemistry. He has been selected for national-level and Shenzhen municipal-level talent programs. Dr. Chen leads several research projects, such as the Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) and the General Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.He also serves as a Youth Editorial Board Member for the journal Chip and as a reviewer for multiple academic journals.
