Prof. Zhou is mainly interested in developing methods encompassing machine learning, enhanced sampling, statistical learning, and free energy estimation for surface/interfacial phenomena including semiconductor oxide thin film growth, quantum material thin film growth and electrochemical ammonia synthesis, etc.
